East Java Province experienced an increase in the prevalence of severely thinness adolescents by 0.3% in 2023. A decrease in nutritional status caused by poor nutritional intake will result in iron micronutrient deficiency in the body. Indicators of iron deficiency include decreased serum iron levels and transferrin saturation. If the serum iron in the body decreases, there will be a disturbance in the establishment of erythrocytes, resulting in anemia. In iron deficiency conditions, transferrin saturation levels can reach <15%. This research investigates the correlation of nutritional status with transferrin saturation levels in adolescent girls at SMK Baitul Hikmah. This research applied analytic correlation with cross-sectional design. The research population was 74 adolescent girls. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling so that a sample of 21 respondents who met the inclusion criteria was obtained. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with Chi Square statistical test. The results showed that the nutritional status of the majority of respondents was severely thinness, 10 people (47.6%) and the respondents' transferrin saturation levels were mostly normal, 15 people (71.4%). The results of the analysis showed no correlation between nutritional status and transferrin saturation levels in adolescent girls at SMK Baitul Hikmah, p value 0.545 (>0.05). Enterprises that can be implemented by adolescent girls to get transferrin saturation levels and normal nutritional status include increasing food intake by fulfilling balanced nutrition, especially meeting iron needs. Low activity levels significantly hinder the effectiveness of waste reduction at the source.: This study aimed to analyze sustainability strategies for the Waste Bank program in Jember Regency using SWOT analysis. A quantitative descriptive research design was employed. A sample of 36 Waste Banks located in three districts was selected using simple random sampling. The subjects were Waste Bank managers. Primary data were collected through interviews using questionnaires aligned with Ministry of Environment regulations, while secondary data were obtained from the Jember Regency Environmental Agency regarding the number of Waste Banks. Results: The SWOT matrix analysis placed the program in Quadrant III, indicating a critical need to address internal weaknesses while leveraging market opportunities. Conclusion & Priority strategies are recommended as follows: 1) Financial: expanding funding sources through partnerships with the government, private sector, financial institutions, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs; 2) Human Resources: collaborating with universities, schools, and environmental communities to strengthen capacity through internships, research, and community service-based training; 3) Market: producing processed products from organic and inorganic waste, creating innovative programs, and enhancing service branding; and 4) Legal: establishing local regulations regarding the Waste Bank program and encouraging private sector involvement via CSR to support financing, training, and infrastructure provision.
Ririn Agustini, Khoiron Khoiron, Farida Wahyu Ningtyias Copyright (c) 2025 Ririn Agustini, Khoiron Khoiron, Farida Wahyu Ningtyias https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://arteri.sinergis.org/arteri/article/view/663 Sun, 30 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Faktor Penyebab Ketidaklengkapan Pengisian Resume Medis Rawat Inap Di RSU Bahagia Makassar https://arteri.sinergis.org/arteri/article/view/716
Incomplete medical resume documentation remains a persistent issue, including at Bahagia General Hospital Makassar. In the Cempaka inpatient ward, the percentage of incomplete medical resumes in November, December, and January reached an average of 8.00 and showed an increasing trend. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the incompleteness of medical resume documentation based on Armstrong and Baron’s (1998) performance theory. The study employed a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, documentation review, and brainstorming. Research subjects consisted of physicians, nurses, and medical record staff. The findings indicate several contributing factors. Individual factors include the suitability of staff educational backgrounds, the absence of training related to medical resume completion, and limited knowledge regarding completeness standards (SPM). Leadership factors involve the lack of motivational strategies such as rewards for staff who consistently complete medical resumes, as well as insufficient involvement of all staff in completeness evaluations. System factors include suboptimal use of checklist forms, the absence of standardized operating procedures (SOP) for completing and assessing medical resumes, and the lack of SOP socialization. Situational factors are related to workload issues, particularly staff performing multiple roles (double jobs). Meanwhile, group factors were found to function well through effective teamwork among staff. In conclusion, incompleteness in medical resume documentation is influenced by individual, leadership, system, and situational factors. It is recommended to provide training for involved staff, develop and implement SOPs, and conduct SOP socialization to improve medical resume completeness.
Zahratul Jannah AT Tabrani, Sabran Sabran, Dony Setiawan Hendyca Putra, Gamasiano Alfiansyah Copyright (c) 2026 Zahratul Jannah AT Tabrani, Sabran Sabran, Dony Setiawan Hendyca Putra, Gamasiano Alfiansyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://arteri.sinergis.org/arteri/article/view/716 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000
